Refunds & Replacements

Backcountry Wanderer is a print-on-demand company. We do not stock extra inventory. All orders are printed when they are received.

Backcountry Wanderer does not issue refunds at this time. However, we do want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or you received a color or size different than what was specified in your original order, we will replace it to the exact specifications of the original order at no extra cost to you. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your product to be eligible for a replacement. 

Exchanges

Backcountry Wanderer does not offer exchanges due to the customer ordering the wrong size or color. Please refer to our size charts available on all product pages to ensure you order the correct size. Your order will not go into production for 24 hours. Please check your confirmation email to ensure you ordered the correct size and color. If you find that you have made a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do everything we can to update your order.
